About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Software Engineer with a passion for AI and data to help architect and scale the core platform behind a rapidly expanding SaaS company. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, ambitious team—your work will directly impact thousands of users and define how businesses adopt and benefit from AI in real-world settings.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and operate robust AI workflows—integrate LLM APIs, manage prompt/response flows, and ensure reliability at scale.
• Lead the development of scientific evaluation and benchmarking flows for AI outputs, building feedback loops with real user data.
• Plan and deliver new product features using multimodal AI and live user assessment.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence pipelines, driving actionable insight for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate across the backend stack, working closely with product and engineering to ship impactful features quickly.

About You

• Experience shipping and operating AI-powered features in production (LLM APIs, real users, reliability, and quality at scale).
• Skilled in designing evaluation, monitoring, and improvement flows for AI features—focused on measurement and learning.
• Background in building and adapting data/analytics pipelines for SaaS (data quality, privacy, actionable insight).
• Proficient in production-grade Python; thrive in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.
• Motivated by real-world impact and product ownership; eager to shape how AI is used in practice.
• Quick to learn new tools and approaches as needs change.

Bonus: Product sense, experience with real-time or multimodal AI flows, knowledge of BI/ETL tools in scaling startups.
