Location: London

Work across financial intelligence with a well-established team of engineers!

For the first 12 months, work with a 70/30 split between backend Software Engineering and AI - before growing into the company's founding AI Engineer and AI Ambassador just after a year.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions for wealth management and intelligence
• Work closely with a product and engineering team
• Own backend Python services and contribute to AI capabilities across the business
• Leverage text and voice data to create tools that help users achieve life and financial goals
• Shape the future of AI - influencing architecture, research, and cross-team learning

Skills and Experience

Required

• Strong Python backend experience (Flask, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes)
• 2+ years’ experience building or integrating AI (e.g., LLM, NLP)
• Passion for AI – side projects, research, or professional experience
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

• Startup or scaleup experience
• Work experience in fintech
