ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a Software Engineer to develop business-critical software and influence engineering standards. You’ll work in a fast-moving team, deliver AI-assisted software delivery, and help shape technical direction.
The role offers remote work with one day per week in Bristol, exposure to cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern development practices, and genuine ownership over technical decisions.
As a Software Engineer, you'll join a fast-moving and ambitious organisation where technology sits at the centre of business success. Working within a close-knit technology team, you'll create, improve and support software used across multiple areas of the business. This Software Engineer opportunity offers genuine ownership, exposure to modern technologies and the chance to contribute to AI-assisted software delivery while helping shape future technical direction.
*Remote with 1 day a week in their central Bristol office.
You'll also use AI-assisted development tools as part of the software delivery process. This includes providing clear context to AI coding agents, reviewing generated output and maintaining responsibility for quality, security and performance standards. Alongside development activities, you'll contribute to AWS-based infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
