Job Summary

• Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role

Main Duties Include:

• Collaborate with Customer Service Account Managers to validate customer requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead within service projects, translating customer needs into logistical solutions.
• Define project phases, estimate costs, and prepare calculation files.
• Analyze and interpret data in collaboration with Business Development teams locally and globally.
• Provide summaries of costs, programs, and specifications.
• Participate in producing and presenting tender documentation, budgets, customer presentations, and workshops.

About You

Candidate Expectations:

• Technical qualification (HNC or higher) with strong knowledge of logistics and complex warehouse systems.
• Preferably experienced with WMS/WCS packages.
• Understanding of work processes in logistic warehousing.
• Experience in engineering, software development, or commissioning is advantageous.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
