Ronald James Group is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team within a financial services environment. This hands-on role spans the full tech stack, building secure, scalable applications used in business-critical systems.

You will influence technical decisions, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and collaborate with developers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience in full stack development across frontend and backend.
• Ability to influence architecture and engineering standards.
• Experience with financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality applications using C# and .NET.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team within an established financial services organisation.

This is a hands‑on development role where you’ll work across the full technology stack, building and enhancing secure, scalable applications used within a business‑critical financial environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and work closely with other developers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality software.
