What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
· Apply gamification principles to create interactive, rewarding user experiences that drive engagement
· Designing and planning technical solutions to meet business requirements
· Coding and developing features for new and existing products to a high technical standard
· Identifying areas for technical improvements / innovations
· Mentoring, assisting and supporting other team members
· Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and collaborative development

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
· Next js, React, Typescript, Node js and modern CSS tools (Tailwind, SASS, etc)
· Responsive design and UI optimisation
· Version Control Systems (e.g. Git)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
· Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
· Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
· Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:
· Previous experience in the sports marketing industry
· Previous experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming
· Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code experience
· Experience with testing libraries
· Experience with Microsoft Azure
· A/B testing and experimentation
· Launch Darkly
· Agile / Kanban experience
· Good presenting skills
