About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to building scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Software Engineer, you should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a keen eye for design, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
  • Design and develop scalable client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Build engaging and responsive front-end applications.
  • Develop and manage databases and applications efficiently.
  • Write effective and well-documented APIs.
  • Test software for performance, security, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software solutions as needed.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript.
  • Experience with a JavaScript front-end framework (we use Vue.js, but experience with any framework and a willingness to learn Vue is fine).
  • Experience in web and backend development.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform is a plus.
  • Experience with document-based databases such as Firestore.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
