To be successful as a Software Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Java software development including Spring Boot framework with strong core Java skills such as Generics, Collections, Multithreading, I/O, Streams, REST, and JDBC.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging multithreaded Java code.
• Tools like JIRA, GIT, IntelliJ IDEA, and GitLab.
