Job summary

Intact Insurance, the rebranded RSA operation in the UK, Ireland and beyond, seeks a Power Platform specialist to design and deliver enterprise-scale business applications. You will work across Canvas and Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse to modernise our platforms and empower colleagues and customers.

You’ll collaborate in an Agile, DevOps–driven environment, integrate with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint, and help shape requirements, architecture, and deployment

Qualifications

• Design and build Power Platform solutions (Canvas/Model Driven Apps)
• Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics and SharePoint
• Develop connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF components
• Create and maintain enterprise-scale applications across the full SDLC
• Foster Agile/DevOps collaboration and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development, testing, deployment and ongoing support of enterprise applications using Power Platform
• Collaborate with colleagues to shape requirements, design and implementation approaches
• Support testing and deployment to ensure reliable, scalable solutions delivering business value
• Apply development standards to promote quality, security and maintainability
• Create clear technical documentation to support ongoing development and support

You'll make an impact by:

• Contributing to the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and complementary technologies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to shape requirements, solution design, and implementation approaches through participation in technical discussions.
• Supporting testing and deployment activities to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and deliver real business value.
• Applying agreed development standards and best practices to promote quality, security, and maintainability across solutions.
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation that supports ongoing development and support.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and third party technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Capability in developing custom connectors, APIs, plugins, PCF components, and RPA solutions, including experience with UiPath (desirable).
• Practical knowledge of supporting enterprise scale applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps ways of working, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
