Job summary

Prodia Labs Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our London/Remote team. You will ship models, build fast, reliable APIs for developers, and push innovations that impact latency and uptime.

You'll work on frontier image/video models, design evals, improve distributed scheduling, and read the latest papers to apply cutting-edge methods. This is a fully remote role with autonomy and strong growth opportunities.

• You're an excellent programmer and love shipping quickly.
• You're a first principles thinker who is unfazed by hard problems.
• You're looking to learn more about machine learning at a rapid pace.
• No specific degree or background required - show us what you've built and how you think.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, test, and integrate frontier image/video models (research -> production).
• Build the best APIs for developers: clean ergonomics, great docs, predictable behaviour.
• Design evals + observability: ranking outputs and understanding quality changes.
• Improve our distributed job scheduling (throughput, latency, fairness, cost).
• Read the latest papers to gather methods for future improvements.
• Use the newest AI/agentic tooling to speed up debugging, experimentation, and iteration.

Compensation range: We believe in hiring and retaining the best talent, which is why we offer 75th percentile of market rates (e.g. $150-300k+) and receive generous equity packages.
