Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Have a background in software engineering with experience in the full software project management lifecycle.
2. Possess advanced knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C++, C, or C#.
3. Have experience in planning, including estimating, allocating, and reviewing work.
4. Experience working directly with clients.
