Title: Software Engineer (C#)

Salary: Circa £38,538 + discretionary 15% bonus scheme

What does this role involve?

You will join a product team working in a fast-paced environment, developing and supporting cloud-based, desktop, and web applications. Projects include Cloud Payment Gateways, APIs, JSON, REST, and new cloud microservices development.

You will support the design and development of current and emerging applications within Procode.

Who are we looking for?

You should have current commercial C# skills and a keen interest in developing these further. A good understanding of the .NET stack, including .NET Core and microservices, is essential. Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment and strong problem-solving skills are important. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and non-technical requirements are required. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in TDD and BDD.

Technical environment includes: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (Core), RESTful APIs, JSON, Docker, GIT (Bitbucket), OOP, SOLID principles, Cloud deployment, microservices, NoSQL, Oracle (SQL PL/SQL), AWS & Azure.

To succeed, you must pass an enhanced security vetting process. The role involves an on-call rota (24/7).
