Software Development Team Lead - C#

Location: UK Remote with some travel to Newcastle

Duration: 6 months initial

Day Rate: £600 inside IR35

Responsibilities

• Guide a talented development team in delivering high-quality software enhancements, resolving support issues, and driving process improvements.
• Balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities whilst ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, to specification, and with excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
• Strong technical expertise in: C#.NET, Oracle, SQL, RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience managing small, agile teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under pressure
• Previously worked in large organisations that are going through significant change
