Job Description
I’m recruiting for a Software Development Manager with experience with Power Platform (Dynamics 365 experience is a plus) to join my client on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. They have an office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and they would like someone who is happy to go into the office one day a week with the rest of the team.
Their tech team works in an Agile SCRUM environment, managing all internal systems used across the business. They're currently undergoing an exciting transformation project, moving from third-party systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365. As part of this journey, they're looking for a Development Manager to manage a team of 6 developers, who all have experience with the Power Platform and data-related projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a talented team, shaping strategy, providing technical guidance, and ensuring best practices are met. You will work with your team on high-level designs, breaking these down into user stories, and leveraging your technical expertise to guide the team in delivering impactful solutions.

Salary: Up to £63,000 for the 12-month period.
