Amazon is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and motivate a team building the next generation data analytics platform for digital businesses. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a team responsible for driving a successful, sustainable, and strategic business for Amazon. You will own building the data analytic platform and AI services to accelerate digital businesses.
We own services ranging from metadata discovery, data lineage, compliance automation, simplifying data access through gen AI and LLM, improving data quality through AI based detection etc. We service 100+ teams with a 20K monthly active user base.
Compliance and metadata: Automates thousands of global compliance requests daily, ensuring regulatory adherence across highly sensitive datasets.
AI integration: Automating analytics (LLM based text to QL), and building data and column lineage through AI integration.
Data quality: Powers real-time data quality monitoring and automated remediation, improving data reliability for millions of analytics & ML-driven decisions across our ecosystem.
Amazon Digital Acceleration powers ordering, subscriptions, and device management for Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa, and Kindle, amongst other digital businesses.
