We are recruiting for a Software Development Manager on behalf of a Gaming Business in Norwich.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled .NET leader to grow their own development team and oversee the growth of a brand-new platform.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Responsibility for the Development, Architecture and Maintenance across the .NET Software platform
2. Management of a team of .NET and UX Developers
3. Create / promote a collaborative culture
4. Ensure compliance with gaming governing bodies as required
5. Work closely across several teams to align priorities and achieve shared goals
6. Demonstrate strong understanding of C# / .NET Core / SQL and Azure Cloud
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
