Currently looking for an experienced hands-on Software Manager to guide and inspire a new talented team of developers. If you're passionate about driving team success and delivering high-quality software, this could be the role for you!

As a Software Team Lead, you'll take responsibility for leading a new squad of developers to deliver high-quality secure solutions. This is an opportunity to shape and recruit a new team and make a tangible impact on this new business start-up!

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and motivate a team of software developers, helping them deliver large-scale, high-quality solutions.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, data privacy, and compliance.
• Play a key role in shaping technical strategies and ensuring delivery aligns with broader business goals.
• Continuous improvement in code quality, security, and system performance.
• Help grow the team by identifying and hiring top talent.

• Solid experience in software development, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining focus on quality and delivery.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Team player who enjoys working closely with others to achieve shared goals.
• Proficient in C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, SQL.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• A passion for innovation.
