We’re looking for a talented Software Development Manager to lead a small but highly skilled development team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical business applications built on the Microsoft platform. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced developer with strong people management skills.

As Software Development Manager, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. You will mentor and guide your team to adopt best practices, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the development team as the Software Development Manager, promoting accountability and technical excellence.

Oversee SDLC for applications, ensuring robust coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

Implement and enforce peer code reviews and unit testing frameworks.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.

Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery as the Software Development Manager.

Provide technical guidance and lead design authority reviews.

Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend their adoption.

Key Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on development experience including ASP Core, MVC, and Web API.

Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring developer teams in a Software Development Manager or similar role.

Solid understanding of SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design.

Experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework Core.

Proficient in Git and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, a degree or relevant qualification in computer science or related field.
