Key job responsibilities

1. As a Software Developer on the team, you’ll be responsible for addressing challenging technical and customer problems and building and maintaining quality products and systems.
2. You should be able to build for the long-term, driving sound architectures and designing for system stability, with the ability to evolve over time.
3. You should collaborate with various partners to define experiences and requirements, working with your teammates to deliver delightful customer experiences.
4. Possess a strong sense of ownership, pushing for best practices and operational excellence, with a constant desire to learn and improve.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
• 3+ years of supporting title development, release, or live ops experience in the Video Games industry
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
