A leading training provider is seeking an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship Coach to support apprentices in their learning journey. This role involves one-on-one coaching, tracking progress, and tailoring approaches to individual learning needs. Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification and possess relevant experience in software development.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Coach, your primary goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progress.
