A leading training provider in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship Coach to support and develop apprentices through their training. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coaching, have relevant educational qualifications, and a background in software development. Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship Coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. This role will mainly involve one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
