Qualifications

• 12 mois d'expérience en tant que Coach ou Evaluateur en Développement Logiciel.
• Aptitude à adapter les méthodes d'enseignement aux besoins individuels.
• Expérience souhaitée dans l'encadrement ou la formation d'apprentis.

Responsibilities

• Coacher et développer les apprentis tout au long de leur apprentissage.
• Suivre leurs progrès et s'adapter aux différentes méthodes de travail.
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and developing apprentices throughout their apprenticeship, tracking their progress. The role requires adapting to different working methods, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. This position involves predominantly one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
