Job description

Integrated Interest ('ii') is proud to have supported previous apprentices who are now thriving and progressing within the business. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join the team as a Level 4 Software Development Apprentice.

Specialising in digital marketing solutions, ii’s platform offers 2-way CRM integration, automated email marketing, and managed services—helping clients run targeted and efficient campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real-world software while building valuable skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

The apprentice will be involved in the full development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions—with guidance and mentoring from experienced developers. Being part of a small team means more exposure, faster learning, and real responsibility from day one.

The ideal candidate has a keen interest in software development, a understanding of programming, and a willingness to learn. The apprenticeship includes expert-led training through Baltic Apprenticeships, working towards a Level 4 Software Developer qualification.

What you will do:

  • The apprentice will be involved with every step of the software lifecycle, from planning and analysis all the way through to deployment and maintenance, something they will be involved with all the time.
  • Write logical and maintainable code using C# to produce software solutions in line with specifications.
  • Identify and apply appropriate bug fixes
  • Work on and contribute to testing within the development as well as working with relevant testing frameworks such as unit testing, integration testing acceptance testing and end-to-end testing.
  • Make connections between code and data by using Visual Studio and Mongo DB compass.
  • Follow best practices to ensure software is not vulnerable to malicious attacks

  • Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm
