Software Developer up to £60,000 Stockport, Hybrid

Pearson Carter is currently working with a global wellness brand focused on offering safe, effective, and premium hemp-derived CBD products, along with additional supplements such as vitamins and minerals. They are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to join their innovative team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the digital presence aligns with the brand and delivers an engaging end-to-end online experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mock-ups into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
2. Ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across various devices and platforms.
3. Implement and enhance website functionalities, including e-commerce features, content management systems, and third-party integrations.
4. Optimize website performance and loading speed to deliver an exceptional user experience.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance digital presence.
6. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
7. Identify emerging technologies in the MedCan space to enhance web platforms and support global expansion.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Developer.
• Exceptional PHP and WordPress skills are required.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (React).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary:

£60,000 plus benefits.

Location:

Based in Stockport with a hybrid working model; in-office presence is preferred. Travel to Germany may be required.
