Overview

We have a pool of companies looking to employ someone as a Software Developer Trainee.

The candidate does NOT need prior experience, as all necessary training will be provided.

The Training

All training is included and funded by the UK Government, delivered online over 12 weeks.

Successful completion of training will prepare candidates for employment.

This opportunity arises due to a current skills shortage.

The Role

As a Software Developer Trainee, your daily tasks will include working on coding projects under the guidance of experienced developers, developing software modules, testing patches and bug fixes, and collaborating to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated with cybersecurity trends and best practices.

You should:

• Be competent in numeracy and mathematics
• Be committed to a career in digital
• Be able to think and communicate clearly
• Be prepared to study full-time for 12 weeks (funded by the UK government)

• Cheshire
• Lancashire
• Warrington

Post-training, employment opportunities will be available in these areas. Successful candidates typically find full-time employment within 6 months of completing training, with pathways into coding, web development, IT security, and cloud computing.
