They will be a good communicator and able to capture and understand requirements, translating them from design to implementation. They will work closely with the software development director to improve the overall design and architecture of the company's products, and also provide mentoring to other team members.

This is a wide-ranging role with the opportunity to introduce new and exciting technologies across the product range. The successful candidate will initially focus on a project to build a fully electronic pick and pack system using mobile devices.
