Software Developer Role

We are a small but growing company based in Borehamwood, seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team in developing our bespoke software and supporting the migration of legacy systems to new architecture.

As a key member of our team, the Software Developer will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform and services that support a suite of mobile and web applications.

Your responsibilities will include designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure backend systems, providing technical expertise across multiple squads, and defining and enforcing standards to ensure their integrity and compliance.

Software Developer - Required Skills and Experience

• Good knowledge of .Net Framework and .Net Core.
• Develop applications using C#.
• Experience with Web Services, REST API, and IP Communications.
• Database queries using Entity Framework.
• Some knowledge of developing WPF user applications.
• SQL skills for creating database queries and some database design.
• React (helpful but not essential).
• Understanding of SOLID principles for software design.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle bugs and issues in a live environment, with excellent communication skills to support field engineers.
