Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced full-stack Software Developer to contribute to a major UK Government digital programme. The role offers predominantly remote work with occasional office visits (London, Sheffield, Birmingham or Leeds) about once a month.

You will build, test, and maintain back-end APIs using Kotlin and Spring Boot, design databases with PostgreSQL and Flyway, and develop front-end UIs with TypeScript and GOV.UK Design System.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Java and Kotlin, Spring Boot and TypeScript.
• Active SC clearance (essential).
• Experience on UK Government digital projects.
• Comfort working across the full stack, from API to UI.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced full-stack Software Developer to join a major UK Government digital programme. You’ll build services that support frontline public services across the country, mostly working from home.

Why this contract?

Almost fully remote. You only need to visit an office (London, Sheffield, Birmingham or Leeds) about once a month.
