Job summary

ComXps is seeking Software Developer & Dev/Sec Ops or Programme Management Specialists for hybrid roles across London, Cheltenham, Manchester, or MK. DV clearance is required. Roles can be permanent or contract with 2–4 days per week in the office.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on software engineering with cloud delivery, agile discipline, and strong stakeholder communication. You will contribute in a customer-facing, secure environment and own delivery end-to-end.

Essential Competencies:

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience across front-end and back-end development.


• Demonstrable expertise in JavaScript, with practical React and Node.js experience.


• Solid AWS fundamentals and experience contributing to cloud-based delivery.


• Ability to work independently, take ownership and become productive quickly with limited support.


• Experience working with agile backlogs and participating in agile delivery ceremonies.


• Collaborative communication and stakeholder skills, including the ability to work respectfully in a customer-facing environment.


• Good security awareness and experience operating in a controlled or secure environment.
