• Not project based - helping throughout the business - supporting high priority change
• Mainly pay awards
• Developing changes in the payroll space

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

• Experience of ORACLE Cloud applications, fast formula, payroll and integrations.
• Have experience of working in a corporate services or shared services environment.
• Have experience of OTBI/BI reporting.
• Be able to adapt and thrive in a demanding environment.
• Have sound judgement and the ability to interpret user needs.
• Can investigate and problem solve issues.
• The post holder will be expected to understand some or all the following functionality:
• Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD), OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.
