As a Software Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting complex custom business applications developed for our key clients. You will leverage your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot applications while delivering exceptional user support.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Provide expert support for a portfolio of complex custom business applications.
2. Maintain comprehensive system knowledge to deliver high-quality end-user support.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and resolve application issues.
4. Debug and optimize SQL code and queries.
5. Apply minor enhancements and improvements to supported systems.
6. Support system environments, including patching and maintenance.
7. Assist with peer code reviews and quality assurance testing as required.
8. Document support activities and maintain knowledge repositories.

Minimum Requirements

1. A 3- or 4-year degree/diploma in software development or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience supporting custom business applications.
3. Proficient in MS SQL, with strong debugging and optimization skills.
4. Experience with .NET technologies (highly advantageous).
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
