Job Description:

IntaPeople are currently working exclusively with a fantastic not-for-profit organisation in Wales who due to a recent internal promotions now require an experienced Software Developer to join one of their Agile SCRUM teams.

Reporting to the Head of Software development, you’ll be involved with a wide range of technologies, developing digital platforms and cloud applications. You will work closely with other members of the software team including solutions architects, product managers and data analysts to develop the software products/services whilst being fully involved with the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Settling into an established software development team, you’ll contribute to both the front-end and back-end but with a focus on the front-end using UX skills to build their next-gen product.

Essential Skills at a glance:

  • Proven experience as a Full-stack/front-end developer
  • Experience working with Angular (latest version) and web API’s such as .Net
  • Strong UX skills with end user experience across multiple web applications
  • Experience working with UI Components
  • Experience working with AWS or other transferable cloud providers such as Azure/GCP etc
  • A strong understanding of software testing and where automated testing fits within the development lifecycle
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and principles

We are looking for someone with a passion for exploring the latest technologies, including cutting-edge advancements like machine learning and how generative AI can be used within their product offering.

  • Any experience/exposure or an interest to Big Data and Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning or GenAI would be a great advantage
  • Database knowledge including NoSQL

  • A starting salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
  • Working hours are 34 across 4.5 days (with an early finish on Fridays)
