We have partnered with an innovative and forward-thinking company that's revolutionizing the event industry. As they continue to grow and scale, they're looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Software Account Manager to join their team at their offices in Cheltenham.

In this role, you will be pivotal in onboarding new customers to the platform, structuring their accounts, and integrating the software with their existing systems.

While this role utilizes your accounting and bookkeeping experience, it's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transition away from traditional accounting and into a more client-facing, software-oriented environment. You will provide essential support and guidance to clients as they implement the budgeting tool, ensuring they can effectively manage their event finances.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to transition into a software-focused role.
