My client, a notable Property Company / Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager / Operations Manager - Soft Services to oversee the operations of a site of 300,000 sq ft. You will work with a wider team consisting of a General Manager and Engineering Manager.
Requirements include previous experience managing a site of similar scale, exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, and overseeing health and safety on site. IOSH or NEBOSH certification is essential. You will also be involved with the building app and engaging customers, mobilising new service partners, activating space, and organising events for customers.
The role involves managing service partners on site and engaging with end users (tenants) daily. Clear communication, whether written or verbal, is crucial to operate this flagship site effectively.
The focus of service delivery is on enhancing the tenant experience and fostering a 'one team ethos' with service partners. Being customer-centric is vital. There are opportunities to get involved in other developments, as the organization invests in employee growth and career development.
