About The Role:
Working Days: The role is predominantly Monday to Friday with some weekend working required. The shifts are to be determined to deliver the service. This role is to manage the Cleaning, reception & helpdesk as well as the hard services (PPMs and repairs) at Willesden.
This role is responsible for leading the delivery of both soft and hard FM services within a healthcare PFI environment, ensuring compliance with national standards and contractual obligations. The Services Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient hospital environment. A key focus is on driving performance, ensuring patient safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
