Job description

Airbus has an opening for a Soft Services Manager to join the Soft Services team within Facilities Management and Real Estate. We are a team based at various Airbus sites managing deliverables and projects such as Cleaning, Catering, Grounds Maintenance, Transport, and Office Services, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient resource use.

This position is based in Belfast, where you will work with the team to deliver services that enable site operations in cooperation with internal and external partners. We also have opportunities to expand our facilities in new and existing buildings, and we are looking for the right person to identify and realize these opportunities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
  • Manage suppliers and strategic partners: monitor, measure, and review performance in line with contractual terms, service deliverables, and Airbus processes, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Support Soft Services to ensure compliance, service delivery, and site adherence.
  • Ensure alignment with the annual budget, investment requirements, and audits.
  • Provide effective solutions to improve employee experience while minimizing environmental impact.
  • Hold reviews with customers and suppliers to communicate activities, gather feedback, and take necessary actions.
  • Drive and contribute to environmental targets and sustainability goals.
ABOUT YOU
  • Awareness of Health and Safety; IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience working with processes and procedures.
  • Financial management experience, including budget management and forecasting; familiarity with procurement, purchasing, and tendering processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
