Job summary

Cornerstone pubs is seeking a dedicated Soft Play Team Member to help maintain a welcoming, safe play area for children and support busy parents. You’ll join a friendly team focused on delivering great hospitality and memorable moments in a lively pub environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring a clean, welcoming reception, handling enquiries warmly by phone, and assisting in running children’s birthday parties while modelling a positive, can-do attitude and attention to allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description

As a Soft Play Team Member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Soft Play Team Member, you will...
