Soft Landscaping Operative

Shift Times: Monday to Friday - 0700 - 1630, 45HPW

Pay Rate: GBP13.73 - GBP14.29ph depending on exp

Location: Wickford, SS12 9EJ

This is a 3 week assignment, starting ASAP. With the potential of being extended.

Working within a busy Soft Landscaping team across construction sites, potentially new builds. This role will involve, planting, turfing, flower beds, living walls and hedges. Working in line with all company Health and Safety policy documents and procedures. In this role you will be using Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers and other small plant machinery. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

To succeed, you will need:

* Hold a full valid UK Driving License
* Hold a valid CSCS card
* Previous soft landscaping / new build show homes landscaping experience
* Digger / excavator card would be an advantage
* Experience of performance management
