The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and experience teaching Sociology at Key Stage 4 and 5
• Have experience leading or coordinating a subject area, or be ready to take the step into leadership
• Be committed to raising achievement and delivering outstanding teaching and learning
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, creativity in curriculum planning, and a passion for Sociology
