Requirements

To be considered for the role of Sociology Teacher you will:

  • A qualified Teacher of Sociology (QTS or equivalent)
  • Proven experience delivering engaging Sociology lessons at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A collaborative attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • a suitable qualification to teach Sociology PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
