GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sociology/Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students and deliver engaging lessons in Sociology and Psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Sociology and Psychology.
Encourage critical thinking and discussion among students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback.
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification in Sociology, Psychology, or a related subject.
Experience teaching Sociology and/or Psychology at secondary or post-16 level.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students.
A commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
