• Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Building positive relationships that promote confidence and engagement.
• Supporting pupils with SEND, Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs.
• Helping students overcome barriers to learning.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional resilience.
• Working alongside teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals.
• Supporting attendance, wellbeing and personal development initiatives.
• Promoting inclusion throughout the school community.
