Job Description:

Liquid Personnel are currently looking for experienced Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our client’s Frontline Family Help team in South London.

About the role:

• The Family Help model supports children and families through consistent relationships and skilled interventions, rooted in systemic practice. You will work with families to co-produce assessments and develop family-led plans under Child in Need and Child Protection frameworks, including care proceedings.
• The social workers collaborate with co-located Children’s Practitioners, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Substance Misuse, and Domestic Abuse Practitioners. They have access to in-house family therapy and Social Care CAMHS teams, with opportunities for progression into management or specialist social work roles.

Essential requirements:

• A degree in Social Work
• Registration with Social Work England
• Completed your ASYE
• Valid Social Work England registration
