A local government council in Newbury seeks experienced Social Workers to support families through a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach. You will work directly with families and children, applying a strengths-based method. All roles are subject to an annual banding pay review until the top of the pay grade is reached (following successfully passing probation). All roles will be eligible for the annual national pay award.
