Northumberland County Council is seeking a Children's Social Worker for a fixed-term, full-time Band 8 position. The role will involve carrying a mixed caseload and delivering statutory social work services in the community, with a strong focus on safeguarding children.

You will carry a mixed caseload of children in a variety of circumstances (CP/PLO court proceedings/Cared For) and provide direct social work intervention to (children, young people and their families) in the community. We are looking for social workers with a passion for safeguarding children. We are looking for 2 x full time fixed term positions.
