Qualifications

  • Experience in carrying out Single Assessments and Child Protection Plans.
  • Skilled in identifying risks and meeting children's needs.
  • Newly qualified social workers will have ASYE development opportunities.

We are recruiting across our Reception and Localities Teams. In the Reception Service, you would complete Single Assessments, S47 enquiries, develop Child In Need and Child Protection Plans, and make threshold recommendations. In our Locality Teams, you will work with children and families supported by Child In Need plans, Child Protection, Care Proceedings, and support Looked After Children.

You will be part of a supportive team, with access to regular supervision, peer support, and professional development. Newly qualified social workers will have development opportunities during their ASYE, with further development opportunities as an experienced Social Worker.
