Primary Responsibilities
  • Undertake Parenting Assessments within required timescales, following the established Framework.
  • Assess and identify levels of risk and need, and provide protective or supportive services for children and young people, including those in care, subject to child protection plans, or children in need.
  • Implement care plans by collaborating with parents and colleagues from other agencies to achieve better outcomes for children and young people.
  • Develop care plans in partnership with children, young people, their families, and other care providers based on assessments.
