Sanctuary Personnel - Social Worker Position

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Young Adult's Eating Disorders Team to work full time for Elysium Healthcare.

The salary for this Social Worker role is up to £35,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex caseload involving social care assessments and risk assessments.
• Facilitate group activities and contribute to ICR meetings.
• Support service users in making viable plans for their future.
• Report to the Safeguarding Lead, manage internal investigations, and liaise with home authorities during admission and discharge processes.
• Access a range of training opportunities to support career growth and aspirations.

Requirements:

• A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
• Understanding of relevant legislation.
• Registered or eligible for registration.
• At least 2 years post-qualifying experience.
