We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Social Worker to join us in delivering community mental health care within the Welwyn, Hatfield area of Hertfordshire.
The area is well connected with transport links to historic Hertfordshire, its countryside, London, and beyond. We are looking for a passionate Social Worker dedicated to providing care to adults with mental health issues.
This role attracts a Golden Hello of £3,500, applicable to new employees—terms and conditions apply.
As a Social Worker in an Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS), you will provide clinical expertise and leadership; participate in referral and allocation processes; safeguard vulnerable children and adults; contribute to case discussions and service meetings; manage a caseload; and offer direct support and advice to Service Users (adults of all ages) and carers, within the recovery framework, respecting individual rights to choice and control.
