Job summary

Lancashire County Council’s Adult Social Care service is hiring Social Workers to support the Wellbeing and Early Support Team. You will help people access the right help at the right time, focusing on prevention and building on community strengths.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) or have applied to register with SWE.
• Must be willing to provide a car for work duties and have motor insurance for business use.

• Focus on prevention, wellbeing and building on community and personal strengths to help people stay independent.
• Collaborate with partners, carers and the people supported to shape meaningful and personalised outcomes.
